  The Investment:

Angel Associates is a franchised operation that requires a total  investment of approximately $60,000 - $65,000.

The $60,000 - $65,000 includes:               

• a $25,000 franchise fee which is payable on the execution of the Franchise Agreement; and
• funds of $35,000 - $40,000  to cover start-up costs, commercial premises, promotional materials, office equipment and working capital to carry a new Franchisee through a period of transition. 

 Royalties and Marketing Fund:

Royalties are 5% of gross sales and are paid to head office on a monthly basis.

A marketing fund royalty is also paid on a monthly basis at the rate of 1.5% of gross sales.  This fund covers national advertising and promotions. Each year, we report to the Franchisees on the status of this fund.
